In addition, she runs Adventures In Feeding My Fam, a podcast and online programs which focus on providing SIMPLE non-diet meal planning tips and tricks; managing the nutrition needs of various family members; promoting wellness to achieve health transformation. Andrea is the mom of three kids, 19, 16 and 13 and she’s proud that they all appreciate healthy food and are adventurous eaters.
